He has also been actively involved in preparation of Financial Statements, Annual Reports, Consolidated Financial Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Disclosures & Notes to Accounts, and Memorandum to Audit Committee/Board and related Annexure.
